The concierge services offered at Health Concierge include arranging private air and aircraft ambulances for medical evacuation, meet and greet service at the airport, chauffeur services, and accommodation recommendations and bookings.

With our dedicated team available 24/7, Health Concierge is able to offer access to healthcare whenever and wherever our clients need it.

How we do it

Our approach to medical concierge services includes a four-part process as outlined below:

Consultation

Health Concierge can help clients receive expert medical second opinions to confirm their initial diagnosis, offer alternative treatment options, or provide a differing diagnosis by reviewing medical files, images, and test results. Consultations can take place through a desk review or a video consultation. We can also arrange a face-to-face, in-clinic consultation with a leading physician if preferable.

Travel

Health Concierge can assist in arranging travel for both our clients and their loved ones by providing both bed-to-bed and door-to-door transfers. These transfers can be via private aircraft or commercial airlines as well. We can also arrange medical escorts and air ambulances when necessary. Once our client reaches their destination, Health Concierge can arrange private transfers to medical facilities via a chauffeur car or private ambulance.

Treatment

Health Concierge will organize admission to the most appropriate private medical facility or arrange an appointment when necessary. Where possible, Health Concierge will acquire a fixed fee treatment path so our clients are aware of their financial exposure before receiving treatment or consultation.

Rest and recuperate

Part of Health Concierge’s services includes arranging for our clients to rest and recuperate in comfortable accommodations situated near the medical facility where they have received treatment. Additionally, Health Concierge can arrange for private transportation to take our clients for check-ups or follow-up treatment, which helps ensure that they stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
